The most awaited, upcoming Marathi film, ‘Smile Please’ is being promoted not just by Marathi stars. At first it was bollywood star, Shahrukh Khan present at the launch of the official trailer; followed by Riteish Deshmukh and Karan Johar promoting the film on social media.

The hashtag #SmilePlease is trending on social media for past month, among Marathi and Hindi fans. Mukta, Lalit, Vikram and team have been in the forefront in all the promotional events and posts.

Let alone Bollywood, ‘Smile Please’ is being recognized globally as it has been selected for the Indian Film Festival, Melbourne this year! 'Smile Please' will be screened to the Australian audience and will get an opportunity to showcase the Marathi talent overseas, making Indian Cinema proud.

Mukta Barve who plays an award winning photographer ‘Nandini’, struggles to find her dignity and purpose in her mid-life crisis, when Lalit Prabhakar as Viraj, helps her rediscover her lost purpose, teaching her ‘when nothing else works, smile please!’

Mukta and Vikram have worked together previously in Vikram’s directorial debut ‘Hrudyantar’ two years ago. You will also see Prasad Oak, Aditi Govitrikar, Trupti Khairnar and Bijay Anand playing important roles in this film.

The multi-starrer anthem song ‘Chal Pudhe Chal Tu’ celebrates the spirit of all the people who are fighting a daily battle but have the courage to get up and face the world. ‘The Smile Please’ lead stars Mukta, Lalit and Prasad alongside more than 30 Marathi celebs and director Vikram are seen in this superhit anthem topping all charts.
